Why not just hire a full-time designer?

Because we are more affordable, more reliable, and you don’t have to manage us. A Senior Designer, like the quality you get with Reely, would easily cost $100,000 a year.

How does the pause feature work?

Have a slow few weeks coming up? You can pause and resume as needed. Billing cycles are 30 days—so if you pause at day 16, the remaining 14 days will be saved until you resume.

What if I don’t like the first draft?

Small fixes like typos and errors will be remedied immediately. For bigger design feedback and structural changes, we encourage you to submit all your feedback at once and it will all be classified as one request and completed the next day.

How do we communicate?

We will provide you with your own Dashboard to keep track of project statuses, submit requests, access your files, and chat with the team.

What if I want to cancel?

Our membership is month-to-month and requires zero long-term commitment. You may cancel anytime.

What are your turnaround times?

1 business day per design request.

How is unlimited design possible?

It truly is unlimited. The pacing of 1 request completed per day means we are able to meet the expectations reliably while also giving you incredibly fast turnarounds and a high volume of work.

What does the Production membership include?

With the Design & Production membership, you get everything included in the Design Starter plan with unlimited professional studio photography and video production added on.

Can I do a single project or custom package?

Yes. We have specific pricing for individual services on a project basis. But most clients find the best value is to use our monthly membership and just pause or cancel when you have everything you need.

Do you outsource work?

No. Every one of our designers is a full-time employee working a traditional 40 hour week.
